- Quezon City, National Capital Region (NCR), Philippines
- Prof. Ven is a sociologist-professor at St. Paul University Quezon City Philippines. He finished his Master's degree in Theological Studies at the Ateneo de Manila University with specialization on the Catholic Social Teaching. He also finished his Ph.D.in sociology in Ateneo de Manila University. He is an expert in sociology of law, specializing on intellectual property law issues. Ven is also an artist who loves painting, music, sculpture and filmmaking. He received the Artist of the Year award during college graduation and won art contests during high school and grade school years.

The leadership that i prefer is the Charismatic. Charismatic leaders are obeyed by people because of his/her personal traits, they are the people who makes a difference, and they are the people who starts something for a change.

For my own opinion charismatic leaders are great, talented, nice, wise, and most specially they have peace of mind, they can be our leader and they should be our leader because they have the quality that a leader should have, and people respect them and obey them....
